POSCO DX moves from KOSDAQ to KOSPI to increase shareholder value

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] POSCO DX is pushing for a transfer to the securities market. The company explained that the move is aimed at increasing shareholder value through revaluation of corporate value due to the expansion of new growth businesses.

POSCO DX announced on the 23rd that it has decided to present the delisting approval for the listing of the securities market to the extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on October 5. If approved at an extraordinary shareholders' meeting, it will be delisted from the KOSDAQ market on condition that the stock market headquarters approve the listing and then listed on the securities market.

POSCODX is an IT (Information Technology) and engineering company affiliated with POSCO Group. POSCO Group is supplying smart factory systems with automated facilities and control systems applied to factories for the production of secondary battery materials such as lithium, nickel, cathode and cathode materials, integrated production management system, warehouse automation and industrial robots. It achieved sales of 7,758 billion won and operating profit of 64.3 billion won in the first half of last year, resulting in an increase in both sales (+65%) and operating profit (+98%) compared to the same period last year.
