The complex will build three basement floors, up to 49 floors above ground, 14 buildings and 2,133 households in Eunhaeng 2 district in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province.
Eunhaeng District 2, where the complex will be built, is located in the center of Siheung. From here, you can easily move to major business districts such as Gangnam and Magok by using Sincheon Station, a northern extension of the Daegok-Sosa Line, and Bucheon Sports Complex Station, a transfer station on Seoul Subway Line 7.
Lotte Engineering & Construction is planning to supply 23,000 households this year, the largest number among the top 10 construction companies. Starting with "Changwon Lotte Castle Forest" (1965 households) in South Gyeongsang Province, new apartment complexes such as "Guri Lotte Castle Signature" (1,180 households), "Cheongnyangni Lotte Castle" (761 households), "Busan Daeyeon DIL" (4,488 households), and "Lotte Castle" (1,063 households) continue to be sold out. '(1261 households)' are about to be sold.
