[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] A member of the idol group Fifty Fifty has announced his intention to stop the legal dispute with his original agency, ATTRAKT.

On the 16th, Fifty Fifty member Keena submitted a withdrawal of appeal in the appeal trial for the temporary injunction against ATTRAKT filed against ATTRAKT.

Last June, Fifty Fifty filed a preliminary injunction requesting termination of the exclusive contract, claiming that ATTRAKT had failed to fulfill its obligations to provide settlement data and to manage the members' physical and mental health, but it was dismissed in August.

All members, including Keena, had appealed against the court decision.

The date for the appeal hearing has not yet been set.
