[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] Winia is the third affiliate of Winia Group to enter the rehabilitation process after Winia Electronics and Winia Electronics Manufacturing.
On the 23rd, the Seoul Rehabilitation Court Rehabilitation Department 1 announced that it would start the rehabilitation process of Winia. As the rehabilitation court decided not to appoint a separate manager, CEO Kim Hyuk-pyo became the legal manager.
As a result, Winia will submit a list of rehabilitation creditors, rehabilitation security rights and shareholders to the rehabilitation court by the 6th of next month, and will report rehabilitation bonds, rehabilitation security rights and stocks from the 7th to the 20th of next month. After that, the rehabilitation plan must be submitted by January 16 next year after conducting a survey on rehabilitation bonds and rehabilitation security rights.
Winia Electronics and Winia Electronics Manufacturing have also entered the rehabilitation process.
