[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Youlchon Chemical, a subsidiary of Nongshim Holdings, will clean up its cardboard business.
Nongshim Holdings announced on the 23rd that its subsidiary Youlchon Chemical has decided to transfer its cardboard business division to Taelim Packaging Co., Ltd. for 43 billion won. The transfer date is December 29th.
"We will transfer the cardboard-related business sector among the packaging businesses we operate," the company said. "The move is aimed at cleaning up non-core businesses and focusing on new businesses."
