[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Flyway Games, a development subsidiary of Krafton, made a paid-in capital increase worth KRW 33.7 billion. It is shortly after the announcement that it will take over Project Nest (Project Nest Dept), Krafton's development department, for 33.2 billion won the previous day.

Krafton has independent its development studio with its "The Creative" strategy and is in the process of strengthening its competitiveness by spin-offing the studio as a subsidiary. This paid-in capital increase offsets the transfer of business funds and completed the independent process of Flyway Games.

According to the announcement on the 25th, Flyway Games issued new shares worth 33.732 billion won and allocated them to Krafton. The number of capital increase shares is 146,661 shares, and the price per share set is 230,000 won, exceeding the current share price of Krafton, 163,600 won.

On the previous day, Flyway Games took over the assets and manpower of Project Nest, a development department of Krafton. With 33.2 billion won, Flyway Games will be in charge of developing five projects that have passed the certification process of Craftton.

Through the paid-in capital increase, Krafton's Flyway Games spin-off was completed. The funds secured through the paid-in capital increase amounted to 33.732 billion won, slightly exceeding the 33.2 billion won required to take over the development department the previous day.
