[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] SK Telecom solved the problem of 'no recording of calls', which was considered a decisive weakness of Apple's iPhone in the domestic smartphone market, through the app.
SK Telecom unveiled its iPhone-only app 'A.' on the App Store on the 24th.
The most noticeable feature of 'A' is the recording of phone calls.
The iPhone doesn't have its own call recording function. Apple did not introduce it due to privacy reasons. Although recording iPhone calls was not completely impossible, it was the best way so far to pay for a paid call recording app where calls are made through a third-party bypass server, or to attach a large recorder to the back of the iPhone.
A solved this problem at once.
If you use this app, you can automatically record all calls like Android phones, or turn on the recording function manually whenever necessary. When the call is over, the call recording file is automatically generated and stored only on the user's terminal in the form of app data. Recorded conversations are also provided as chat transcripts.
AI also provides a service that analyzes the call content, summarizes the core of the conversation, and attaches it to the title. For example, after receiving a call from a bank related to a home loan, a file is created under the title of "Confirmation of the Date of Birth of the Lessor and Guidance on Tenants."
