[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] DAYOU Winia Group has sold all of its business rights to M-Park for the operation of golf course Montvert Country Club (CC) owned by Smart Holdings, a subsidiary of DAYOU AUTOMOTIVE SEAT.
DAYOU AUTOMOTIVE SEAT announced on the 6th that it will sell all of its business rights for the operation of Montvert Country Club (CC) owned by its subsidiary Smart Holdings to Mpark. Mpark is a 100% subsidiary of the Hankook Ilbo and a great-grandson of Donghwa Group and operates a used car sales complex.
The transfer value is 300 billion won, and the purpose of the transfer is to secure funds for debt repayment. We are planning to close the contract after paying the balance within this month.
