Eco Materials public offering price confirmed at 36,200 won ... "Listed on the 17th"

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Eco-Promaterials, which is undergoing an initial public offering (IPO) to list on the stock market, has confirmed its public offering price.

Eco Materials announced on the 7th that it has confirmed the final public offering price at 36,200 won after conducting demand forecasts for domestic and foreign institutional investors from the 30th of last month to the 3rd of this month.

It is reported that 1,141 domestic and foreign organizations participated in the demand forecast and applied for a total of 192.58 million shares. The simple competition rate is 17.2 to 1, and the public offering amount is about 419.2 billion won. After listing, the market capitalization is expected to be about 2.5 trillion won.

Eco-Promaterials is a precursor production company, a key material for secondary batteries, and mainly produces high-nickel precursors that are installed in electric vehicles.

Eco-Promaterials plans to invest public funds secured through listing in additional facilities such as factories and purchase raw materials.

Eco-Promaterials will be listed on the stock market on the 17th after subscription from the 8th to the 9th of this month. Mirae Asset Securities Co., Ltd. is the listed representative and NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd.

Meanwhile, in this listing, financial investors (FI) and strategic investors set a mandatory retention period of 6 months and the largest shareholders and some related parties 30 months.
