[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] In some areas, LG Uplus Internet network is reported to be causing errors.
According to industry sources on the 7th, there have been reports that LG Uplus' Internet access has not been smooth in some parts of the country, including Seoul and Daejeon since around 4 p.m.
"We believe that the equipment that allocates the IP address has caused an error," an LG Uplus official said. "We are currently recovering sequentially, and it is not a DDoS attack."
LG Uplus is aware of specific non-service areas and when to recover.
