[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] The international game exhibition G-Star 2023 has kicked off.
G-Star 2023 will be held at the BEXCO exhibition hall in Busan for four days from the 16th to the 20th, during which game-related events will also be held on the outdoor stage and around Haeundae.
This year, G-Star was held at 2,386 booths in B2C and 864 booths in B2B, the largest ever. G-Star's main sponsors, WeMade, NCSoft, Netmarble, Krafton, Smilegate RPG, Webzen, New Normalsoft and Gravity, will set up large booths at the B2C exhibition hall and welcome visitors.
NCsoft, which visited G-Star for the first time in eight years, has set up a 200-booth new demonstration and event stage.
WeMade is also introducing new games and games related to the Wemix platform through a 200 booth demonstration. G-Star visitors will be able to demonstrate WeMade XR's MMORPG "Legend of Mir" and Round One Studio's baseball game "Fantastic 4 Baseball."
Netmarble unveiled three new works through a 100-booth demonstration. It is an open world collection type RPG 'The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin', 'RF Project', and 'Demis Ribbon'.
Krafton introduced a new PC in the simulation genre, "Injoy," and also unveiled "Dark and Darker Mobile," known as "Project AB."
Smilegate RPG has unveiled a demonstration version of its unpublished new "Lost Ark Mobile," while Webzen is supporting the demonstration of "Tervis," which is being produced by its development subsidiary Webgennova.
In addition, Nexon will host the 'FC Pro Festival' during the G-Star period.
