[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] POSCO E&C announced on the 16th that it has developed a new technology for "floor insulation" to prevent noise between floors of remodeling apartments.
This is why POSCO E&C has developed a method called a remodeling specialized floor sound insulation system. The key is to fill the floor density more tightly than before. First, a dustproof module plate is applied to implement a 70mm batch mortar structure.
It is also a complex sound insulation structure using a new material called thermoplastic polyurethane (E-TPU). A high-weight mortar process made of POSCO's eco-friendly by-products will also take place. Synergy between group companies was utilized.
