[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Lotte Rental announced on the 24th that it will acquire an additional 587,413 shares of Socar for about 26.5 billion won.
Lotte Rental's stake in Socar is 34.7% after acquiring the stock.
Lotte Rental explained, "It is a stock acquisition following the put option exercise of S.O.ENG, a limited company."
