[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Kakao Mobility announced on the 27th that it will launch the 'Kakao T Overseas Vehicle Call' service in Australia, Taiwan, and the Middle East from the 30th. I am planning to go to America next month.

'Overseas vehicle call' is a Kakao T app that allows you to call various overseas means of transportation.

It is currently operating in Japan, Southeast Asia and Europe, and once the expansion is completed, the service available areas will be expanded to a total of 37 countries around the world, including the United States, within this year.

Australia, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan and Kuwait will be added to the list of countries subject to the 'Kakao T Overseas Vehicle Call' from the 30th.

Major local mobility services such as taxis, premium sedans, and mid- to large-sized SUV by linking major mobility services such as Silver Top (Silver Top, Australia), Yokshi (Yoxi, Taiwan), and Karim (Careem, Middle East)
It supports the car call service.

It is expected that the scope of the service will be greatly expanded from existing Eurasia and Southeast Asia to Oceania and the Middle East, further enhancing the convenience of users when moving abroad.

We will start the service in the United States within the year by collaborating with 'Lyft', a partner of 'Splyt', a global mobility brokerage platform.
