[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] HYULIM A-TECH, a company specializing in internal and external materials for automobiles, made an announcement on the 6th that its business synergy effect from the acquisition of the Asan plant is in full swing.
According to the company, HYULIM A-TECH carried out the acquisition of the Asan plant owned by Canary BioM in July. Through this, Hulim A-Tech succeeded in greatly increasing its product portfolio. Hurim A-Tech, which mainly handled internal and external materials for large sedans, will also produce products for medium and small passenger cars and RVs (Releisure Vehicles) due to the acquisition of Asan plant.
HYULIM A-TECH has also established a stable supply system by operating factories in Miryang and Asan. In the event of unexpected situations such as facility failure, the company was able to respond more quickly, which greatly lowered the risk of product production.
Due to the effect of the acquisition, Hulim A-Tech succeeded in demonstrating a significant improvement in its performance in the third quarter of last year. HYULIM A-TECH achieved cumulative sales of 30.7 billion won and operating profit of 2.1 billion won in the third quarter of this year. This is an increase of 24.10% and 75.99%, respectively, compared to last year when only Miryang plant was operated alone.
