[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] DL Construction announced on June 6 that it appointed Park Yu-shin as the new CEO through a board resolution. The term of office starts on the 11th.
Park, who joined Daelim Industrial (currently DL E&C) in 2001, became an executive of DL Construction's management support headquarters in 2021 and has been the head of the housing construction business division since last year
Kwak Soo-yoon, the current CEO of DL Construction, transferred to the head of the housing business division through a regular executive appointment at DL E&C. Among the head of the housing business division and the head of the management support division, which is concurrently headed by DL E&C CEO Ma Chang-min, the head of the housing business division will be handed over to Kwak, the new head of the headquarters.
DL E&C also appointed nine new executives in addition to Kwak, the new general manager. DL E&C does not have executive positions such as managing director and executive director, but distinguishes them into executives, directors, and directors.
