GS Retail sold all of its 10X10 shares ... Backpacker took over

[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Paul Lee] Backpacker, which runs the online handmade market "Idus," has acquired 10X10, an online shopping mall specializing in interior and stationery.

GS Retail announced on the 22nd that it sold all of its 10X10 shares. Backpacker, who bought all of the shares, became the largest shareholder with an 80% stake in 10X10.

GS Retail entered the online shopping mall market specializing in design products by acquiring 10X10 in 2013, but has been struggling with business in the aftermath of COVID-19.
