[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] S-OIL has signed a KRW 1.5 trillion supply contract with Daehan Petrochemical.

On the 28th, S-Oil announced that it has signed a 1.536 trillion won contract with Daehan Petrochemical. This is 3.6% of S-OIL's consolidated sales in 2022. The contract period is from January 1st to December 31st next year.

The contract amount was calculated based on the estimated supply of the contract period, the average exchange rate of one month just before the contract date, and the expected international price of the payer in 2024. S-OIL added, "The contract amount may change due to actual selling prices, sales volume, and exchange rate fluctuations in the future."

Earlier, S-Oil signed a contract with Daehan Petrochemical last year to supply about 1.288 trillion won worth of lead companies.
