[Alpha Biz=(Chicago) Reporter Kim Jisun] POSCODX (022100), the fourth-largest KOSDAQ market capitalization company, will be listed on the KOSPI on the first trading day of the new year.
The Korea Exchange's Stock Market Headquarters said on the 27th that POSCO DX's common shares will be listed on the KOSPI on Jan. 2, 2024.
POSCO DX, which currently belongs to the KOSDAQ, has been approved for preliminary screening of the stock market on the 12th and is ready for the transfer listing. Based on the closing price on the 27th, POSCO DX's market capitalization is 10.9 trillion won, ranking fourth in the KOSDAQ market capitalization.
Founded in November 1989, POSCO DX is a company in the construction technology, engineering and related technology services, with 152,034,729 common shares to be listed.
